Six Basic Concepts of FOCUS

•  What it means to be a TA Knight - History, symbols, tradition, values, work ethic, respect, courtesy, honor

•  The “ TA Way ” - Rules, regulations, procedures

 •  TA Honor Code - Character, integrity, personal responsibility

•  Teamwork - Loyalty, support, respect, tolerance, compassion

•  Leadership - Who, how, why and when – all TA students are expected to be leaders

 •  Goal setting - With support from faculty advisors and parents, students will establish and document personal goals in the following ten areas: academics, activities, service, friendship, faith, family, leadership, honor, health and “stretch.”
